Big Buckle Roofing SMS Terms & Conditions

  1. Program description: When opted in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These messages may include a response to an inquiry, real-time texts to ask and answer questions about our services and pricing, and appointment confirmations.
  2. Program frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
  3. Opt out: You can opt out of this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number. After you text “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text “START,” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  4. Help: If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword HELP. Or, you can get help directly from us at our contact page or (928) 951-2331.
  5. Interruption: Carriers, such as AT&T, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  6. Costs: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

Prices you see on the site are published range estimates for education. They are not a quote. A fixed line-item price comes only after someone from our crew has stood on the roof and you have a written scope.

Inspection requests

Submitting a form or calling the office is a request for a conversation and a visit, not a contract to replace or repair a roof. We aim to call back within 1 business hour on business days. We may decline or delay a visit outside our listed service communities until we confirm coverage (Fort Thomas, San Simon, and Solomon are coverage-check towns).

You agree the contact information you submit is yours to give, and that we may call or text you about that request as described on the form and in our Privacy Policy.

Roofing work

If you hire us, the agreement is the written scope: materials, price, exclusions, warranty language, and photos. That document, not this website, controls the job. Permits and HOA packets we handle are part of a job we have been hired to do, not a service this website performs by itself.

Insurance claims

Big Buckle Roofing does not act as a public adjuster and does not negotiate insurance policies on behalf of homeowners. We document damage, meet your adjuster on the roof when you ask us to, and price repair or replacement the same whether a carrier pays or you do. We do not waive, absorb, or “handle” deductibles.

Accuracy and licenses

We work to keep service descriptions, town lists, and price ranges current. Weather, materials, and access still change a real roof. If something on the site conflicts with your written scope, the scope wins.

Big Buckle Roofing is licensed and insured.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the forms, scrape the site in a way that harms the host, or post the content as your own. The writing, photographs we own, logo, and “Mr. Buckle” mascot are Big Buckle Roofing’s. Job photos belong to the people who shot them and the company; do not reuse them without asking.

No website warranty
