Our expertise

The storm is the easy part. The claim is where homeowners get burned.

Storm work pricing

Emergency tarping is quoted by phone. Repairs are fixed-price after inspection. Replacements use our published pricing, whether insurance pays or you do.

Example: 1,800 sq ft home

Monthly: 15 years at 8.99% APR

Architectural shingle $12,200 – $16,900 $123 – $171/mo

Tile $13,500 – $21,600 $137 – $219/mo

Metal $23,600 – $43,100 $239 – $437/mo

Estimates, not quotes.

After a storm is when Arizona homeowners are most likely to meet the wrong roofer. Trucks with out-of-state plates knock on doors in Safford and Show Low, offer to "waive" deductibles, and are gone before the first leak. We are the other kind of roofer: local address, local crews, and a process that protects your claim.

It starts with documentation. We photograph every slope, every hail bruise, every lifted shingle and bent panel, before you file, so your claim is built on evidence rather than an adjuster's drive-by. You get the photos; they are yours.

Then we meet your adjuster on the roof. Adjusters are fair when they can see what we see, and things get missed when nobody is up there with them. We point out damage, explain code-required upgrades like ice-and-water shield, and leave the negotiating to you and your carrier. We do not act as a public adjuster.

Emergency work comes first if you have an active leak or an open roof. We dispatch tarping by region and prioritize by damage. A tarp is not a repair; it buys time for the claim to run.

Repair or replacement is priced the same way whether insurance pays or you do: fixed written scope, published pricing on replacements. We do not inflate the scope because a carrier is paying, and we never absorb or waive a deductible. That is insurance fraud, and the contractors who offer it are the ones who disappear.

The weather here is regional. Gila Valley: monsoon microbursts that lift shingles and drive rain under flashing, July through September. Willcox and the Sulphur Springs Valley: hail. Rim Country and White Mountains: wind events and snow load, plus falling ponderosa limbs. We know what each carrier expects to see in each region.

What moves the cost of storm work: extent of damage, whether decking is compromised, whether the roof was already at end of life (carriers may depreciate), and code upgrades required at replacement. Everything is itemized in writing.

Impact-resistant options matter after a hail claim. Class 4 shingles and metal panels can lower future premiums with many carriers. We show the numbers and let you decide.

Straight answers

Storm & Insurance questions we hear every week.

What should I do right after a storm damages my roof?

Stay off the roof. Photograph the damage from the ground, tarp what you safely can or call us to tarp it, and report the damage to your insurance company. Then call us to document properly before the adjuster comes.

Do you work with my insurance company?

Yes. We document damage with photos, provide an itemized scope, and meet your adjuster on the roof. We do not act as a public adjuster or negotiate your policy.

Can you waive my deductible?

No, and neither can anyone else legally. Contractors who offer to are committing insurance fraud and are usually gone before the roof fails. Your deductible is your deductible.

Does insurance pay for a full replacement?

If the damage is from a covered event and extensive enough, often yes, less depreciation on an older roof depending on your policy. We document thoroughly so the decision is based on evidence.

How fast can you tarp my roof?

Emergency tarping is dispatched by region and prioritized by active leaks. Call (928) 951-2331 and we will tell you honestly when a truck can be there.

Is my price different if insurance is paying?

No. Fixed written scope, published pricing on replacements, same for everyone.

Do you handle hail claims in Willcox?

Yes. The Sulphur Springs Valley is our hail belt. We know what carriers look for and we recommend Class 4 impact-rated options at replacement.

What about a tree limb through the roof above the Rim?

Emergency tarp first, then structural and decking repair, then roofing. All documented for your claim.

Should I file a claim for minor damage?

Not always. If the repair costs less than your deductible, filing can raise premiums for nothing. We tell you the repair price first so you can decide.

Do you offer impact-resistant roofing?

Yes. Class 4 shingles and metal panels, which can lower premiums with many carriers.
